Beyond the operating room, it will enable autonomous robotic surgery, make telesurgery a practical reality, and extend post-operative care through intelligent wearable monitoring, ultimately democratizing access to the highest standards of surgical excellence worldwide.

Professor Thomas Baumert, Director of the Institute for Translational Medicine at the University of Strasbourg and co-founder of Alentis Therapeutics, shares his firsthand experience of bridging the gap between academic research and entrepreneurial venture.
